- Select a product and add the item to the basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process the order.
- If you want to continue buying, repeat the process but if you want to process the order, register.
- Once you have entered your data, check that they are correct and press “confirm”.
- Make sure the shipping and billing address are correct.
- Select a payment method: At this time only payment is allowed through a credit card. Once the data of the card is entered, a message will arrive at the Holder’s mobile with a code that must be entered in order to make the payment.

Product returns policy
If at any time, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not requested, please contact our customer service department.
After verifying all the data, we will send a carrier to pick up your package in the next 24 hours (whenever possible). To make the collection, the transport company will contact you. If, for any reason, you are not convinced by the date proposed, contact them to change it.
If the return is due to any defect in any of the Artemonte products, the return will be totally free. You can also choose the option that we replace the product or that we refund the amount paid. This amount will be returned in the same way that the purchase was made.
