How much is delivery?
From 250€ onward, shipping is FREE. In this case, shipping costs are on us. For orders under 250€, a shipping fee of 12€ will apply, and if there are frozen products, an additional surcharge of 6€ will be added. For orders outside the Peninsula (Balearic Islands and Canary Islands), an additional transport cost of 30€ will be charged, which will be added to the previously explained costs. Currently, we do not ship outside of Spain.
In which countries can Artemonte products be purchased online?
Currently, online purchases can only be made in Spain.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Due to our location in the mountains, orders cannot be shipped daily and leave our facilities on Tuesdays and Thursdays. From that date, they will be received within 48-72 hours at the selected address. For orders including frozen products like meat, the delivery time is 3-7 business days from shipment.
Do you replenish items marked “”?
If a product is out of stock, it will be replenished as soon as possible.
Can I receive periodical information with the latest news and offers from Artemonte.com in my inbox on a periodical basis?
Yes. Simply go to the section “My account” and subscribe to the newsletter.
Can I cancel my subscription to the newsletter?
Yes. You will be able to unsubscribe from the bulletin in a simple process in the x section. Simply deactivate the bulletin.
How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the X section. All you have to do is click on “I have forgotten my password”. You will receive an e-mail with your new password.

How can I make sure my order has been successful?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive it, contact our customer service department.

Can I find out the status of my order?
Yes. Access the “Orders placed” section of your account. There, you will see the status of your order in real time.
Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes. You will be able to remove items you do not want from your shopping cart, provided that you have not placed and confirmed the order.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Artemonte inspects products before shipment. Therefore, in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty, contact our customer service department by phone or e-mail. You can choose to have the item replaced with another in the correct condition, or request a full refund of the amount paid for the item.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you receive in error an item that you did not order, contact our customer service department.

How can I pay for my purchase?

At present, we only accept card payments.

Can I receive an invoice made out to my company?

Yes. All you have to do is provide the tax details we ask for in the “Observations” field before finalising the order.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Yes. Card details are sent in SSL encrypted form. Only secure electronic commerce (SEC) transactions are accepted for payment. Once it has confirmed that the card is part of the SEC system, the system will contact the card issuer so that the purchaser can authorise the purchase. The bearer of the card will receive a message with the purchase code.
How do I return an item?
First, you must contact the customer service department. Once all of the information has been verified, we will send a courier to collect your package within (whenever possible). The courier company will contact you to confirm collection. If the date proposed by the courier company does not suit you, contact the company to change it.
How long do I have to return an item?
The deadline for returning an item is days after receipt of the product.
Do I have to pay to return an item?
Returning Artemonte products due to a defect are totally free of charge.
How will I receive my refund?
If you wish to return the defective product but do not wish to have it replaced with one in working condition, and once the return has been approved, you will receive the amount paid for the item via the same method as that used to pay for it.
