Delivery can be free of charge. In this case, shipping costs are zero and are met by Artemonte. If an order is for less than €30, an amount will be added for shipping costs.
Currently, online purchases can only be made in Spain.
Once payment has been confirmed, the order will be dispatched via an agency and you will receive the order at the specified address within hours.
If a product is out of stock, it will be replenished as soon as possible.

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the X section. All you have to do is click on “I have forgotten my password”. You will receive an e-mail with your new password.

Yes. Access the “Orders placed” section of your account. There, you will see the status of your order in real time.
Yes. You will be able to remove items you do not want from your shopping cart, provided that you have not placed and confirmed the order.
Artemonte inspects products before shipment. Therefore, in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty, contact our customer service department by phone or e-mail. You can choose to have the item replaced with another in the correct condition, or request a full refund of the amount paid for the item.
If you receive in error an item that you did not order, contact our customer service department.
At present, we only accept card payments.
Yes. All you have to do is provide the tax details we ask for in the “Observations” field before finalising the order.
Yes. Card details are sent in SSL encrypted form. Only secure electronic commerce (SEC) transactions are accepted for payment. Once it has confirmed that the card is part of the SEC system, the system will contact the card issuer so that the purchaser can authorise the purchase. The bearer of the card will receive a message with the purchase code.
First, you must contact the customer service department. Once all of the information has been verified, we will send a courier to collect your package within (whenever possible). The courier company will contact you to confirm collection. If the date proposed by the courier company does not suit you, contact the company to change it.
The deadline for returning an item is days after receipt of the product.
Returning Artemonte products due to a defect are totally free of charge.
If you wish to return the defective product but do not wish to have it replaced with one in working condition, and once the return has been approved, you will receive the amount paid for the item via the same method as that used to pay for it.
